At I-PATH, we understand the critical importance of mental well-being, especially in the demanding world of the performing arts. That's why we proudly present Mindstage, our dedicated initiative focused on the mental health of our teacher members and their students.
Mindstage hosts a series of webinars led by experts in mental health and the performing arts. These engaging sessions cover a range of topics from stress management to emotional resilience, offering practical strategies to maintain mental well-being in the high-pressure environment of the performing arts.
Members have exclusive access to a wealth of resources. This includes a selection of carefully curated eBooks that provide insights and techniques for maintaining a healthy mind while working or training in the performing arts. These resources are designed to be practical, easily accessible, and specifically tailored to the unique challenges faced by performers and teachers.
We are excited to collaborate with Terry Hyde, a highly experienced psychotherapist and counsellor specialising in the performing arts. Terry brings a deep understanding of the specific mental health challenges faced by artists and educators in this field. His expertise is a valuable asset to our Mindstage initiative, enhancing our ability to support our members' mental health effectively.
At Mindstage, we are committed to creating a supportive and healthy environment for all members of the performing arts community. Whether you're dealing with the day-to-day stresses of teaching, the pressures of performance, or seeking ways to support your students' mental health, Mindstage is here to guide and assist you on this journey.
