Become a Member of I-PATH - Performing Arts Membership

There is one important difference between I-PATH membership and entering students for regulated performing arts exams. Anyone can subscribe to I-PATH. However, to submit students for I-PATH Ofqual-regulated examinations, you must possess an accepted teaching qualification at Level 4 or above, or an equivalent qualification recognized by I-PATH. Simply tell us about your qualifications when you join by emailing us a copy of your certificate (i.e., RAD, ISTD, IDTA qualification). If your qualification is accepted, we will upgrade you to I-PATH Teacher Member status at no additional cost. Email info@i-path.org. You don’t need a teaching qualification to access our valuable teaching resources or enter students for our confidence-building, performance-based unregulated awards.

I-PATH teaching qualifications include: Level 4 Professional Teaching Diploma, Level 6 Professional Teaching Diploma, Level 4 Diploma in Performing Arts Pedagogy & Principles, and the I-PATH Associate Certificate in any discipline. 

In addition to these qualifications, we recognize various Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 teaching qualifications from many esteemed awarding and teaching organizations, enhancing the I-PATH membership experience with valuable teaching resources.

These organizations include RAD, ISTD, IDTA, BBOdance, NATD, ABRSM, and many others that provide quality performing arts exams.

If you hold a Level 6 degree in performing arts, teaching, or a related subject, you may also be eligible for I-PATH membership, which offers an accelerated route to an I-PATH teaching qualification. Additionally, we have various teaching resources available related to performing arts exams. Send us your qualification and we'll advise you.

You can still join I-PATH membership today. With our I-PATH membership, you gain immediate access to syllabuses, demonstration videos, teaching resources, and a range of member benefits. Additionally, you can enter learners for eligible unregulated I-PATH awards, including our Achievement Awards, which enrich their experience in performing arts exams.
